Terms for publishers

Last updated 1 August 2026

These are the working terms for selling advertising inventory to CroTraffic. They're written to be read, not survived. If anything here is unclear or you want it changed for your site, say so before you install the tag — most of it is negotiable.

1. Who you're dealing with

CroTraffic is a direct advertiser. We buy advertising inventory to run our own campaigns. We are not an advertising network and we do not resell your inventory to a third party.

2. What we buy, and what we don't

We buy desktop and laptop traffic only — Windows, macOS and Linux — in all countries. Mobile, tablet and in-app traffic is not purchased, is never billed, and is left entirely to whatever monetisation you already run. Our tag returns nothing for it, so your existing code fires as normal.

For each site we agree in writing, over Telegram or email: the ad format, the price per country (or a flat monthly amount), a daily impression cap, and a frequency cap per visitor. That exchange plus this page is the whole agreement. No signed contract is required.

3. Traffic quality

The following is not purchased, is filtered automatically, and is not billable:

  • Automated, bot, crawler or datacenter traffic
  • Incentivised, forced or otherwise non-genuine user interaction
  • Traffic delivered through hidden iframes, or stacked and invisible placements
  • Traffic purchased from another network or traffic source and passed on to us
  • Impressions beyond the agreed frequency cap or daily cap
  • Requests whose referring domain doesn't match your verified domain

Filtered impressions appear in your statistics with the reason recorded. They are not deducted from amounts already earned and are not held against you unless the pattern indicates deliberate manipulation.

We do not buy inventory from sites containing child sexual abuse material or any content targeting minors. This is the one item on this page with no discussion attached to it.

4. Measurement

Impressions are counted at our decision endpoint. An impression is billable when it is served to a desktop visitor, within cap, from your verified domain, and not filtered under section 3.

You get a private statistics link showing impressions by hour and by country, filtered volume with reasons, and the running amount owed. You're encouraged to cross-check against your own server logs or CDN analytics. Totals will differ somewhat because of ad blocking and filtering; if the difference is material, raise it and we'll reconcile against raw logs.

5. Rates, caps and changes

  • Rates are set per country and take effect when agreed. They are fixed — not indexed to an auction, a fill rate or any internal metric — and are never applied retroactively.
  • Either side may propose a rate change with seven days' notice. Traffic already delivered is paid at the rate that was in force.
  • Daily caps protect both sides. We start small and raise them once the data is clean.
  • Frequency caps are respected by our tag. If you set a stricter cap on your side, ours honours it.
  • You may ask us to exclude specific CSS selectors — navigation, pagination, download buttons — from triggering.

6. Payment

  • Schedule: weekly. Each Monday we settle the previous Monday–Sunday period.
  • Minimum: $10. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next week.
  • Methods: USDT (TRC-20), BTC, bank wire, Payoneer, Wise. Transfer fees are borne by us unless the method you choose carries an unusual fee, agreed beforehand.
  • Escrow: for a first engagement, either side may ask that the first month be settled through an escrow agent both parties accept. We pay the escrow fee.
  • Flat monthly deals are paid in full at the start of each monthly period.
  • Currency: all amounts are in USD.
  • Taxes: you are responsible for any tax obligations in your own jurisdiction.

6a. No identity verification

We do not operate a KYC process. At no point — not at onboarding, not at any balance — will we ask you for identity documents, a passport or national ID, proof of address, company registration papers, or a photograph of yourself holding a document.

The only two things we require are a payment destination and a domain you can demonstrate control of. A payment will never be delayed, held or made conditional on verification of your identity, because no such verification exists in this arrangement.

7. Domain verification

Before a zone serves, you verify control of the domain by hosting a file we provide under /.well-known/ or adding a DNS TXT record. Requests whose origin doesn't match the verified domain are rejected. This protects your zone ID from being copied and used to generate traffic in your name.

8. Pausing and ending

Either side may pause or end the arrangement at any time, for any reason, without notice. There is no exclusivity and no minimum term. Everything earned up to the point of stopping is paid on the next scheduled payment date.

An earned balance is never withheld, reduced or cancelled. There is no account to suspend and no term of this agreement whose breach results in forfeiture of money owed for traffic already delivered. If we believe traffic was manipulated, the disputed impressions are identified individually, with the evidence, and discussed — the remainder is paid on schedule regardless of how that discussion ends.

We may pause a zone immediately if we detect a sudden traffic anomaly — a volume spike far above the normal daily pattern, a collapse in conversion alongside rising volume, or heavy concentration from a single network or user agent. You'll be told what triggered it and we'll work through it with you.

9. Our tag on your site

The tag loads asynchronously, is wrapped in error handling, times out after 800 ms and does not modify your page. If our endpoint is unavailable it fails silently and your site behaves as though it were not installed. If you ever see our tag causing a problem, tell us and we'll pull it the same day.

10. Liability

Each side is responsible for its own business. You are solely responsible for the content, legality and operation of your site. We are responsible for the campaigns we run and for paying you what was agreed. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability at any moment is limited to the amount owed to you for traffic already delivered.

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, active publishers are notified through their agreed contact channel before the change applies to them. Changes never apply retroactively to traffic already delivered.
